After all Plans and documentation are ready for lodgement of the right application for Construction approval we will provide a Building Quantity Survey in order the builders can use it together with plans and specifications to properly provide a quotation of the project. Also, we will provide a Building estimation for your perusal to be used as reference when other builders provide other building proposal for your consideration. It means, that you will provide to different builders the same complete tender documents in order they can make their proposal using the same plans and database information. Project Management Service only for Sydney Metropolitan areas: When you engage an independent building company to build the project, we will provide a quotation for the Project Management of the building work as per the proposal sample below.
